Do I need to buy every product area?
No. Each area works independently. You can use Wyvern Compliance, Reasonable Adjustments, DSE Assessment, or MyMSK Plan on its own. They’re designed to integrate together for stronger evidence coverage, but there’s no obligation to use every area.
Is the compliance assessment really free?
Yes. The 24-question diagnostic assessment is completely free with no obligation. You’ll receive your RAG status and compliance position immediately. You only pay if your assessment identifies gaps and you choose to proceed with the prescribed programmes.

What is an Assurance Statement?
An Assurance Statement is a formal, dual-signed document confirming your organisation’s compliance position at a point in time. It documents the scope covered, evidence reviewed, and defensibility achieved. It’s what you present to auditors, insurers, or tribunals.
How does the AI DSE assessment work?
Employees complete a 22-question DSE checklist, upload photos of their workstation, and optionally sample room brightness and noise. The AI (Google Gemini Vision) analyses everything against the DSE Regulations 1992 and HSE guidance, producing a risk score with per-category breakdowns and prioritised recommendations citing specific UK law.
Can individuals use the DSE tool or is it company-only?
Both. Freelancers and home workers can sign up individually and assess their own workstation. Companies can register once and invite employees by email — the admin dashboard shows all assessments with fleet-wide completion tracking.
Does MyMSK Plan share health data with my employer?
No. All health data (symptom scores, clinical details, action plans) stays on the employee’s device and is never sent to the employer. The corporate HR dashboard only sees completion status and anonymous aggregate risk counts. Employees can choose to share their risk level and plan summary with HR, but it’s always voluntary.
Is MyMSK Plan free for individuals?
Yes, completely free and always will be. Individuals can access the full body map assessment, red-flag screening, risk rating, and personalised action plan with exercises without creating an account. The corporate plan adds team scheduling, HR dashboards, and aggregate analytics.
Do I need to speak to anyone?
No. The platform is designed to be self-service. Register, assess, record actions, and get results without a phone call. The only exception is if a compliance Exposure Review identifies complex structural issues that benefit from a brief call.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We’re fully GDPR compliant. Compliance and DSE data is stored securely in the UK. MyMSK Plan health data stays on-device by design — it never touches our servers. All user authentication uses industry-standard JWT tokens with PBKDF2 password hashing.
